Configuring ChatGPT Settings
1. Logging into OpenAI Platform or Creating an Account
- Accessing OpenAI Platform:
- Open your browser and go to https://platform.openai.com/.
- Logging in or Creating an Account:
- If you already have an OpenAI account, click on “Log In” to access your account.
- If you do not have an account, click on “Sign Up” to create a new one.
2. Creating an Assistant on OpenAI Platform
- Navigating to the Assistants Menu:
- After logging into your account, go to the “Assistants” menu in the OpenAI platform.
- Creating a New Assistant:
- Click on “Create New Assistant”.
- Configure your assistant according to your requirements.
3. Copying the Assistant ID and Generating an API Key
- Copy the Assistant ID:
- Go to the details page of the assistant you created.
- Find and copy the Assistant ID.
- Generating an API Key:
- Navigate to the “API Keys” section in the OpenAI platform.
- Click on “Create New API Key”.
- Store the generated API key securely, as it will be used during integration with CXPerium.
4. Editing ChatGPTConfig Information in CXPerium
- Navigating to the CXPerium Assistant Configuration Screen:
- In the CXPerium platform, go to the “Assistant” section and open the “Configuration” screen.
- Editing ChatGPTConfig Settings:
- In the opened screen, configure the “ChatGPTConfig” settings.
- Enter the ApiKey and AssistantId values obtained from the OpenAI platform.
- Set the IsEnabled field to True.
After completing these steps, your ChatGPT integration with CXPerium will be ready.
